We built this for the messages nobody wants to scroll past.
Almost everyone has a chat they cannot delete. Neverfar started as a way to open one of those again.
Why it exists
When someone dies, or moves away, or just stops replying, the thread stays on your phone. You reread it. You never write in it again. We wanted a way to keep that way of talking around — not to pretend nothing happened, but to hold on to how they wrote.
Then people started using it for something else: practising a conversation they were dreading. Same idea, different reason — talk to a version of someone before you talk to the real one.
Who we are
Neverfar is a small independent team. There is no big company behind us and no investors telling us to squeeze the data. That is also why we are careful about what we promise.

Consent first
A chat belongs to everyone in it. We build like the other person is watching.
Say what it is
It is a copy of a writing style, not a person, not a soul, not a doctor. We will never blur that line to sell more.
