What you promise when you upload

• You were part of the chat, or you have the right to use it.
• You are building a private keepsake or a private rehearsal — not something to publish as if it were really them.
• You will not use it to trick, harass, or hurt anyone.

Not allowed, ever

• Sexual content of any kind. Neverfar is strictly not an NSFW app.
• Personas of people under 18.
• Pretending to be a real living person to another person — scams, catfishing, or fake proof.
• Harassment, threats, or hate against anyone.
• Public figures presented as if the output were their real words.

Breaking these rules ends your account. There is no warning system for the serious ones.

If someone made a persona of you

Email hello@neverfar.app from an address you can verify, and tell us what you know. We take takedown requests seriously and act on them quickly. We will not share the other person's private data with you, but we can remove the persona.

Someone who has passed away

Most people using Neverfar are remembering someone they lost. That is what the app is for. If a family member asks for a persona to come down, we will work with you both to sort it out.
